Students, volunteers, and community members train inside The Forge, working hands-on with real tools, materials, and mentors. Every piece they make and sell — from jewelry to machinery — builds their technical skill, confidence, and professional readiness.

The Foundry — From Skill to Production

As members advance, they take on paid or credit-based production work through The Foundry. Here, education meets enterprise: real orders are fulfilled using the same equipment, quality standards, and accountability found in professional manufacturing.

Vulcan — The Bridge to Business

When ideas mature, Vulcan helps transform them into new brands and small manufacturing ventures. These spin-offs use local resources, local talent, and local supply chains, trained by the Forge — creating jobs, retaining wealth, and reinvesting in the community.
